REFUNDS
All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges. Check the product photos and descriptions and ask all questions about our products before placing an order.
There are no warranties or guarantees giving or implied on any of our products.
Buyer, please contact us within 3 days from receiving your order for any
issues or concerns you may have.
In some cases, returns or exchanges may be granted for equal or greater value; they must be unused and in new sellable condition to be considered. S&H charges in these cases will be the buyers' responsibility to pay for them.
There will be no refunds. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

* Before placing an order, please e-mail us with your location (country), with a complete shipping address, phone number, and your order.
* Buyer responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
* Shipping and handling charges depend on your particular location.
* We may email you a PayPal money request of the total order including shipping and handling charges; also we will be requesting your PayPal e-mail address for billing.
* Postal International Money Orders can also be accepted.

EQUIPMENT WARNING
Boxing, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA Mixed Martial Arts are contact sports. Our products are manufactured with care and craftsmanship to provide a degree of protection but are not warranted to prevent injury.
Users of these products are subject to injury, including death. The user, therefore, must assume full responsibility for all risk of injuries.
Manufacturer and distributor assume no liability for any injury or death suffered while using the product(s).
NOTE: With time and use the materials used in these products will lose some of their effectiveness and will require replacement.
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON ANY HAWAIIAN FIGHT GEAR PRODUCTS

We require all payments to be made in US dollars. Accepted methods of payment are as follows:

PayPal is our preferred form of payment. To use PayPal you must have an account. Please review PayPal's terms and conditions for more information. If you don't have an account you can use your credit card by selection "credit card" option during checkout.
* Credit Cards / Debit Cards
We accept payment by credit or debit cards during checkout via paypal or by phone, email or fax. Please check the credit card options on the left side of the paypal payment page for that option.
